Getting Ready for Silicon Valley Pride

This weekend, we’re heading to Silicon Valley Pride in San Jose, and we wanted to say a proper hello before we get there. Getting Ready for Silicon Valley Pride

Silicon Valley Pride is organized by the Billy DeFrank LGBTQ Community Center, which has been showing up for this community for decades, dating back to the event’s roots in a 1975 gay rights rally at San Jose State University. It’s one of the events where we feel most at home setting up a booth, partly because San Jose is close to where a lot of our own team lives and works, and partly because the crowd that shows up here gets exactly what we’re building and why.

Booth location: A4

What to expect if you stop by

No pitch, no pressure. Come say hi, ask us anything about how the app works, and if you want to walk through connecting your provider on the spot, we’re happy to help. We’ll have swagon hand too.

If you’ve been meaning to check out Protecht but haven’t gotten around to downloading it, this is a good excuse. Bring your phone, we’ll walk you through it in about two minutes.

See you there

We’ll be posting live from the booth all weekend on Instagram and Bluesky if you can’t make it in person but want to follow along.

Receipts, Not Promises.

Ready before you see us this weekend.
